As Executive Vice President and General Counsel for IPC International Corporation with over 6,000 employees, Crane was responsible and handled the risk management and daily human resource functions of hiring, terminations, employee relations, wage and hour issues, and responses to complaints from employees and government agencies alleging violations of laws and work rules.

 

In conducting workplace investigations, Crane always reviews the company’s employment policies and procedures, and makes recommendations where appropriate. Crane was designated a Certified Fraud Examiner by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and does employment procedure audits and human resource and employment policy reviews.
